Here at AbsoluteSport our coaches are all FRESH and INNOVATIVE sport coaches with vast EXPERIENCE in coaching ALL SPORTS at ALL LEVELS. This will only give your child a better experience and confidence moving forward when growing up and move into a bigger school. Regular physical activity is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. Making physical activity a priority and encouraging good habits in children from an early age is important and can help them to develop the skills they need to continue being active throughout their lives. 

Us being professional sport coaches we try and adapt to everybody's needs and capabilities so we introduce them to the A,B,C's (Agility, Balance, Co-ordination) of sport and the fundamental movement and sports skills they require at an early age to gain a better understanding of them.
